Biography

Attorney Harry F. Snoots, V, joined Bennett & Ellison, P.C., as an Associate Attorney in August of 2020. His practice focuses on employment law in Maryland, and assists on cases from Virginia, the District of Columbia, and U.S. Federal District Courts. Born and raised in Maryland, Mr. Snoots attended Salisbury University on the Eastern Shore before attending the University of Baltimore John and Frances Law Center School of Law.

Previously, Mr. Snoots has worked with two legal non-profits in Maryland who served the underrepresented and indigent clients in Maryland with legal issues – Mid-Shore Pro Bono in Easton, Maryland and FreeState Justice, Inc. in Baltimore, Maryland. Additionally, during law school, Mr. Snoots represented clients through the Bronfein Family Law Clinic of the University of Baltimore School of Law. Upon completion of law school, Mr. Snoots was a judicial law clerk for the Honorable Judge Stephen H. Kehoe in the Circuit Court for Talbot County, Maryland. Through years of legal training and working with clients, Mr. Snoots has the writing and research skills to prepare for negotiation or litigation, with a focus on client-centered advocacy.
